I use what you put in the form to organize lacrosse games. I do not sell it, I do not share it, and there is no company here to share it with anyway.
The details
What I collect
Only what you type into the form, which is your name, email, an optional phone number, your age range, zip code, position, whatever you write about your playing history, your availability, and the two checkboxes.
What I do with it
- Email you when there is news, which mostly means when there are enough players to schedule an actual run.
- Text you about a specific game, but only if you gave me a phone number.
- Add up everyone's availability to find the hour that works for the most people.
- Contact you directly if you checked the box saying you want to help plan it.
What I do not do with it
- Sell it, rent it, or trade it, ever.
- Share it with anyone, since there is no organization here to share it with.
- Send you anything unrelated to lacrosse in Jacksonville.
Where it lives
Submissions go through this site's own server to a private spreadsheet that only I can see. The site is hosted on Netlify and the form is routed through n8n, which are the tools I use to run it.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visitors and see which pages people land on. It sets cookies and tells me things like how many people came by and roughly where from, but it does not tell me who you are. I use it to gauge whether there is real interest in this idea.
Getting removed
Email me and say the word and I will delete your row. No questions, no retention period, no unsubscribe flow to navigate. It is a spreadsheet and I will remove the line.
